Qualifications:
- Valid license or eligibility for Speech-Language Pathology in Michigan
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship Year candidates encouraged to apply
- Experience with pediatric populations, particularly upper elementary, strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of IEP processes, progress monitoring, and documentation in a school context
- Collaborative spirit to partner with teachers, families, and other professionals
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders
- Deliver direct services to upper elementary students to target speech, language, and social communication skills
- Maintain thorough progress notes and participate in IEP meetings
- Provide expertise and resources to educators and families, ensuring continuity of care and support
- Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all students
