Make a meaningful impact this school year as a Speech-Language Pathologist. You'll work on a contract basis, supporting students' communication goals and fostering their success both in and out of the classroom. This full-time role runs from August 24, 2026, through June 16, 2027, offering Monday through Friday hours from 8:30am to 3:30pm, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state SLP license
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Prior experience in a school setting is highly valued
  • Strong diagnostic, therapy planning, and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication abilities with students, families, and educational staff
  • Collaborative mindset and positive attitude

Key responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy to students with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Consult with teachers, parents, and other professionals to coordinate student supports
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with district and state regulations
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Offer guidance and resources to teachers and classroom staff regarding speech-language strategies
