A talented and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is needed for the 2026-2027 academic year. You'll be an essential resource, supporting students’ communication needs and helping them reach their full potential in an inclusive educational environment.
Assignment Details:
- Contract runs from August 24, 2026, through June 16, 2027
- Full-time position at 32.5 hours per week
- Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 3:30 pm (with an unpaid 30-minute lunch break)
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP license in the state of Michigan
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required
- School-based SLP experience highly preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Committed to fostering positive growth and development in children and adolescents
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate student records and report on progress
- Deliver both direct therapy and consultative services as needed
- Adapt strategies to support diverse learners and promote classroom success
