Qualifications & Requirements:

• Current, active SLP license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Demonstrated experience or strong interest in working within school-based and ASD settings
• Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and data-driven intervention
• Comfortable managing moderate caseloads and adapting therapy for a range of needs
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to partner with staff and families
• Commitment to a team-oriented approach and delivering student-centered therapy

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement speech-language services for students with ASD
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress and educational goals
• Maintain all required documentation, including evaluation reports, IEP paperwork, and progress notes
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team consultations
• Adapt interventions to continuously meet students’ evolving needs
