Step into a dynamic elementary school setting where your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist can make a transformative impact. This full-time, contract opportunity runs from August 13, 2026, through June 11, 2027, with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 8:30am to 4pm. You'll work alongside a supportive interdisciplinary team, helping students excel in communication and reach their full academic and social potential.

What we’re seeking:

  • SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY with an active Michigan licensure
  • Previous experience or clinical practicum in a school-based or pediatric setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with staff, students, and families
  • Comfort working independently and managing a diverse caseload
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation best practices

In this engaging role, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for elementary-aged students
  • Developing individualized therapy plans and implementing evidence-based interventions
  • Leading both group and individual therapy sessions as outlined by student IEPs
  • Consulting and collaborating with teachers, families, and other support staff
  • Maintaining accurate records and progress notes to monitor student growth
  • Participating in IEP meetings, contributing insights and recommendations
