Key Qualifications:
- Current Speech-Language Pathology license (SLP) in Michigan
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
- Experience providing therapy services to elementary-aged students preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities
- Flexibility to adapt to different grade levels and campus settings
- Passion for supporting student learning and growth
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans and IEP goals for assigned students
- Deliver direct therapy services aligned with educational best practices
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to maximize student outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, student support team conferences, and professional development sessions
- Travel between assigned campuses as needed
