Key Qualifications:

• Current Speech-Language Pathology license (SLP) in Michigan
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
• Experience providing therapy services to elementary-aged students preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities
• Flexibility to adapt to different grade levels and campus settings
• Passion for supporting student learning and growth

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans and IEP goals for assigned students
• Deliver direct therapy services aligned with educational best practices
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to maximize student outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, student support team conferences, and professional development sessions
• Travel between assigned campuses as needed
