Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Current or eligible state licensure
- SLP-CCC or strong Clinical Fellowship Year candidates considered
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric SLP roles
- Effective communicator and team collaborator
- Ability to manage a varied K-12 caseload, with a focus on elementary students
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation for both direct and indirect services
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Participate in school meetings and professional development activities
