Located near Sterling, IL and easily accessible to those in the surrounding Dixon area, this position offers 37.5 hours per week dedicated to making a difference across a variety of educational settings—including a specialized day school, high school, and preschool walk-ins.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or in final clinical fellowship year)
• Current or eligible SLP license for practice in Illinois
• Prior school-based experience is advantageous but not required
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and process improvement
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide diagnostic and therapeutic speech-language services to students across multiple age groups
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs
• Document progress and collaborate with families and staff
• Engage in monthly meetings and roundtable discussions with peers
• Participate in annual performance reviews, ongoing training, and process improvements
