Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with IEP development and documentation
  • Proficient in providing direct therapy and evaluations for students with varying needs
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings, assessments, and individualized speech/language therapy for students
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual student goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable insights to team discussions
  • Provide resources and support to staff and families for speech/language development
