Qualifications:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathologist license and CCC certification
  • Previous experience working in schools or with pediatric populations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Familiarity with IEP documentation and goal setting
  • Flexibility, organization, and ability to manage caseload independently

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate students using standardized speech and language assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
  • Provide direct and consultative speech therapy services to students in a school setting
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate student records and document therapy services in compliance with school and state requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations
