An exciting contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist interested in working with a vibrant K–8 charter school community. This position is ideal for professionals dedicated to supporting student success and growth through evidence-based speech and language interventions.

Key Requirements:

  • Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Valid state licensure for practice as an SLP
  • Experience working with pediatric populations, specifically in school-based settings
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Ability to design, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy services to students in grades K–8
  • Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations as required
  • Develop and execute individualized goals and therapy plans in alignment with student needs
  • Maintain accurate records; document progress as required for IEP meetings and compliance
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and professionals to ensure effective support for students
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and contribute to a positive school environment

Position Details:

  • Located near Stillwater, MN
  • K–8 Charter School environment
  • Contract dates: September 2, 2026 – June 4, 2027
  • Schedule: Approximately 3 days per week, 8:15 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Serve a diverse student population across all grade levels
