Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
  • Active or eligible California SLP license
  • Experience working with K-12 students strongly preferred
  • Understanding of IEP processes and school-based documentation
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and multi-disciplinary teams
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy to students across K-12 grade levels
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Complete and maintain accurate records, documentation, and progress reports
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on student success plans
  • Deliver therapy sessions individually and in groups as needed
  • Support classroom staff with strategies for communication growth
  • Maintain open lines of communication with families regarding student progress
