Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
- Active or eligible California SLP license
- Experience working with K-12 students strongly preferred
- Understanding of IEP processes and school-based documentation
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and multi-disciplinary teams
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to students across K-12 grade levels
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Complete and maintain accurate records, documentation, and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on student success plans
- Deliver therapy sessions individually and in groups as needed
- Support classroom staff with strategies for communication growth
- Maintain open lines of communication with families regarding student progress
