Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Speech-Language Pathology license in California
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Experience in school-based settings preferred
• Strong ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and provide evidence-based therapy for students with a range of speech, language, and communication needs from preschool through sixth grade
• Develop individualized education plan (IEP) goals and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education staff to support student achievement
• Maintain accurate assessment and therapy records
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise for student care planning
• Offer guidance and support to classroom teachers regarding strategies for speech and language integration
