Key Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as required for school-based practice
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience working with school-aged children preferred
  • Comfortable with a caseload spanning PreK through 6th grade

Core Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders within the school population
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in coordination with IEP teams
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and family members for student success
  • Provide direct therapy services and progress monitoring
  • Maintain detailed documentation and contribute to student records in compliance with school system requirements
  • Engage in ongoing communication with families and staff regarding student progress
