Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as required for school-based practice
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Comfortable with a caseload spanning PreK through 6th grade
Core Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders within the school population
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in coordination with IEP teams
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and family members for student success
- Provide direct therapy services and progress monitoring
- Maintain detailed documentation and contribute to student records in compliance with school system requirements
- Engage in ongoing communication with families and staff regarding student progress
