Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or related field)
  • Valid SLP-CCC certification preferred; SLPAs welcome to apply
  • Eligible for state licensure in California
  • Previous experience in a school environment is advantageous
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy to K-12 students
  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and track progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support student success
  • Maintain thorough documentation and comply with all district and state requirements
  • Mentor and support SLPAs if applicable
