Qualifications & Required Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active California licensure and credentials
- Open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates and those with the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience in school settings and comfort managing a K-8 caseload
- Strong ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and deliver therapy for K-8 students with diverse needs
- Maintain clear, timely documentation on student progress and IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to integrate therapy within the classroom setting
- Attend IEP meetings, offering expert input on student needs and best practices
- Foster a positive and inclusive therapeutic environment
