Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students presenting speech and language difficulties
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to address unique client needs
- Lead engaging therapy sessions focused on achieving speech and language milestones
- Meticulously track and document student progress, adjusting goals as needed
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated, high-quality care
- Involve and educate families throughout the therapy journey, fostering an inclusive environment
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Active or eligible for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
- Experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged clients highly desirable
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Capacity to work effectively both independently and as a vital team member
- Must possess or be willing to obtain credentials as required by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology
