Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students presenting speech and language difficulties
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to address unique client needs
  • Lead engaging therapy sessions focused on achieving speech and language milestones
  • Meticulously track and document student progress, adjusting goals as needed
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated, high-quality care
  • Involve and educate families throughout the therapy journey, fostering an inclusive environment

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Active or eligible for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
  • Experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged clients highly desirable
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Capacity to work effectively both independently and as a vital team member
  • Must possess or be willing to obtain credentials as required by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology
