Qualifications:

• Active licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC

• Solid organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload efficiently

Responsibilities:

• Assess students for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy sessions
• Collaborate with educators, counselors, and families to support each student's needs
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with local and federal regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
• Offer guidance and resources to staff and families for carrying over strategies outside of therapy
