What We’re Looking For:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Active state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
  • CCC-SLP preferred, though strong Clinical Fellows are also encouraged to apply
  • Experience or interest working with pediatric and/or school-aged populations
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Committed team player who is also comfortable working independently

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students with a range of speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
  • Lead engaging therapy sessions to address targeted goals
  • Diligently monitor and document student progress
  • Collaborate daily with an energetic multidisciplinary team to ensure a cohesive approach to student care
  • Involve and educate families, empowering them to support progress outside of sessions
