Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; consideration given to strong CFY candidates
- School-based SLP experience highly valued, but strong clinical backgrounds welcome
- Effective communication skills and the ability to partner with teachers, staff, and families
- Familiarity with IEP process, documentation, and progress monitoring
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to a K-12 caseload
- Conduct evaluations, develop and update IEP goals, and document student progress
- Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings and collaborate with educational professionals
- Provide consultation and training to school staff to enhance language and communication supports in the classroom
- Foster a supportive, inclusive environment where all students can thrive
