Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist in California
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred, but Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
  • Experience working with K-12 students in educational settings welcomed
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and parents

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Deliver direct and consultative SLP services, both individually and in small groups
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student needs across academic and social environments
  • Monitor progress, document services, and maintain compliance with school and state requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings, staff trainings, and ongoing professional development
