Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist in California
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred, but Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
- Experience working with K-12 students in educational settings welcomed
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and parents
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct and consultative SLP services, both individually and in small groups
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student needs across academic and social environments
- Monitor progress, document services, and maintain compliance with school and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff trainings, and ongoing professional development
