Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current Speech-Language Pathologist license (California)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required
  • Previous experience in school settings highly preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic environments

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Document progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate with parents and educators
  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary educational teams
  • Participate in staff meetings and ongoing professional development
