Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC or CFY considered)
- Experience in educational settings, pediatrics, or healthcare preferred
- Comfort working with diverse caseloads across PK-12
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Collaborative spirit; willingness to partner with other SLPs and SLPAs
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct assessment and therapy services to students at assigned schools
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in coordination with educators and families
- Document progress and maintain compliance with all required regulations
- Consult with school staff and participate in multidisciplinary meetings
- Support students’ communication needs and help foster academic success
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented atmosphere with fellow SLPs and SLPAs
