Key Qualifications & Skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Current state licensure to practice as an SLP
- Experience in pediatric and school-based settings highly valued
- Proficiency in remote therapy platforms (for teletherapy roles)
- Strong organization and interpersonal communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy, both in-person and virtually, to students in elementary, middle, and high schools
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Contribute to IEP development and attend IEP meetings as required
