Key Qualifications & Skills:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Current state licensure to practice as an SLP
  • Experience in pediatric and school-based settings highly valued
  • Proficiency in remote therapy platforms (for teletherapy roles)
  • Strong organization and interpersonal communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy, both in-person and virtually, to students in elementary, middle, and high schools
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Contribute to IEP development and attend IEP meetings as required
