You’ll be supported by a collaborative team environment, with additional SLPs and SLPAs present at all campuses—ensuring plenty of professional support and camaraderie.
The role serves school communities just outside Atlanta, with easy access to areas such as Decatur, Athens, Suwanee, Alpharetta, Norcross, Dacula, Peachtree Corners, Sugar Hill, Buford, Lilburn, Grayson, Hoschton, and Duluth.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
- Current state license or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in Georgia
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Relevant experience with pediatric populations in school or healthcare settings
- Knowledge of teletherapy best practices is a plus
- Comfortable working with diverse student needs across K-12
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Team-oriented mindset; excited to collaborate with fellow SLPs and SLPAs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and family members to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain timely documentation
- Engage in teletherapy sessions as needed
- Provide support to students and staff community-wide
