Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply
• Experience in pediatric, school-based, or teletherapy SLP positions is a plus
• Thorough understanding of evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for a variety of communication disorders in children
• Strong communication, organization, and collaborative problem-solving skills
• Digital literacy and confidence with teletherapy platforms (where applicable)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
• Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Provide individual and group speech-language therapy sessions, both in-person and remotely, according to student needs
• Collaborate with fellow educators, support staff, and parents/guardians to drive student success
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and progress reporting
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute informed recommendations
