Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) to practice as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
• Experience with pediatric populations and in school-based settings
• Proficiency in delivering therapy via teletherapy platforms is a plus
• Effective communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide direct therapy to students with a range of communication disorders
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to create supportive educational environments
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise to goal development and progress reporting
• Deliver teletherapy services as needed to ensure continuity of care
• Create engaging, student-centered activities to promote meaningful progress
