Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) to practice as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
- Experience with pediatric populations and in school-based settings
- Proficiency in delivering therapy via teletherapy platforms is a plus
- Effective communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide direct therapy to students with a range of communication disorders
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to create supportive educational environments
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise to goal development and progress reporting
- Deliver teletherapy services as needed to ensure continuity of care
- Create engaging, student-centered activities to promote meaningful progress
