Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communications Disorders
• Must have valid SLP – CCC credentials
• Georgia state licensure (or eligibility)
• Prior experience in school settings preferred, with knowledge of IEP processes
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language pathology services to students individually and in small group settings
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and track student progress
• Work collaboratively with teachers, special educators, and parents to address each student’s unique needs
• Participate in developing and updating Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to all relevant standards and regulations
• Contribute to a positive, supportive learning climate for students at various grade levels
