Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) needed
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to manage caseloads for students across kindergarten through 12th grade
• Knowledge of IEP processes and familiarity with educational assessments

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to K-12 students
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing therapy based on individual student needs
• Participate actively in the multidisciplinary team to design and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Maintain detailed, timely documentation of sessions, progress reports, and evaluations
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to foster student growth and success
• Engage in data-driven practices to monitor and adapt interventions throughout the school year
