Step into an engaging school-based setting as a full-time SLP or SLPA, supporting students from preschool to 5th grade for the 2026–2027 academic year. Skills and Qualifications:

  • Active license or eligibility as an SLP (CCC or CFY) or SLPA
  • Clinical experience in pediatrics, preferably with preschool and elementary-aged children
  • School-based experience is a plus
  • Strong collaboration and communication abilities
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Compassionate, team-player mindset, committed to student success

Position Responsibilities:

  • Assess students’ speech, language, and communication needs, developing appropriate intervention goals
  • Deliver therapy services individually or in small groups across the preschool–5th grade caseload
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with school and district requirements
  • Partner with teachers, staff, and families to support IEP meetings and to advocate for student needs
  • Offer consultative support to instructional staff on ways to facilitate effective communication in the classroom
