Skills and Qualifications:
- Active license or eligibility as an SLP (CCC or CFY) or SLPA
- Clinical experience in pediatrics, preferably with preschool and elementary-aged children
- School-based experience is a plus
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Compassionate, team-player mindset, committed to student success
Position Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ speech, language, and communication needs, developing appropriate intervention goals
- Deliver therapy services individually or in small groups across the preschool–5th grade caseload
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with school and district requirements
- Partner with teachers, staff, and families to support IEP meetings and to advocate for student needs
- Offer consultative support to instructional staff on ways to facilitate effective communication in the classroom
