Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current VA SLP License (required)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Experience in school settings highly preferred
• Proficiency in evaluation, diagnostics, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Strong organizational skills to effectively manage caseload and documentation

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students across grade levels
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and track progress towards goals
• Deliver targeted therapy sessions in individual and group settings, addressing articulation, language, voice, and fluency concerns
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to support student learning and participation
• Maintain clear, accurate records and timely documentation in compliance with state and district requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and ongoing professional development
