School Speech Language Pathologist - Stratford, CA

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred
• Strong assessment, therapy, and documentation skills
• Ability to manage a varied caseload and use evidence-based practice
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
• Develop and implement tailored intervention plans
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in line with students’ IEPs
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families
• Maintain accurate and timely records of evaluations, progress, and services provided
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing professional insights
• Advocate for speech and language needs within the school community
