Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
- Hold or be eligible for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of IEP process and familiarity with goal development and progress monitoring
- Ability to provide both direct therapy and consultative services
Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and provide speech-language therapy to a diverse student caseload
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to integrate therapy strategies into the classroom
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and provide regular updates to parents and the educational team
- Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and professional development opportunities
- Adapt therapy techniques to fit individual student needs, fostering positive outcomes
