Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
  • Hold or be eligible for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of IEP process and familiarity with goal development and progress monitoring
  • Ability to provide both direct therapy and consultative services

Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and provide speech-language therapy to a diverse student caseload
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized IEP goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to integrate therapy strategies into the classroom
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and provide regular updates to parents and the educational team
  • Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and professional development opportunities
  • Adapt therapy techniques to fit individual student needs, fostering positive outcomes
