Speech Language Pathologist in Stuart, FL

Multiple contract positions are now open, offering both part-time (14-21 hours/week) and full-time (35 hours/week) schedules, with flexible arrangements available for candidates seeking to combine roles. These positions are based at vibrant campuses in Port St. Lucie and Fort Pierce, spanning primary through middle school settings.

You’ll work collaboratively with existing SLP teams or independently, depending on campus assignment, supporting caseloads that range from preschool resource therapy up through eighth grade. Start dates are immediate and the positions extend through early June 2027.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active Florida SLP license in good standing
• Previous experience providing speech-language therapy in schools is preferred
• Comfortable working with K-8 or specialized PK-8 populations
• Strong communication and collaboration skills within multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to adapt intervention strategies to varied age groups and needs
• Fingerprinting clearance (can be pulled from AHCA if already completed)
• Willingness to complete on-site credentialing steps before the assignment

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy services in line with IEP goals and district protocols
• Conduct assessments, develop and implement therapy plans, and monitor progress
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with families and educators
• Engage students through evidence-based practices in individual and group settings
