Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure or ability to obtain prior to start date
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows (CF) considered
  • Experience working with K-12 student populations
  • Proficiency in assessment, IEP development, and therapy planning
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Collaborative spirit for working with teachers, administrators, and families

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for assigned students
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention strategies
  • Lead and participate in IEP meetings, tracking students' progress and goals
  • Deliver group and one-on-one therapy sessions tailored to specific student needs
  • Liaise with educational staff, caregivers, and outside professionals to support student development
  • Complete all necessary documentation and maintain compliance with school and state requirements
  • Contribute to a positive, supportive learning environment for students of all backgrounds
