Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or ability to obtain prior to start date
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows (CF) considered
- Experience working with K-12 student populations
- Proficiency in assessment, IEP development, and therapy planning
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Collaborative spirit for working with teachers, administrators, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for assigned students
- Develop and implement individualized intervention strategies
- Lead and participate in IEP meetings, tracking students' progress and goals
- Deliver group and one-on-one therapy sessions tailored to specific student needs
- Liaise with educational staff, caregivers, and outside professionals to support student development
- Complete all necessary documentation and maintain compliance with school and state requirements
- Contribute to a positive, supportive learning environment for students of all backgrounds
