Qualifications:
- Current SLP license in the state of Virginia (or ability to obtain by assignment start)

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt strategies for varying student needs
Primary Duties:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders for K-12 students
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with district and state policies
- Participate in meetings and provide guidance on effective communication support in the classroom
