Step into a meaningful, rewarding contract role supporting elementary students as a bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist with a leading district near Sugar Land, TX. This full-time, on-site opportunity is tailored for experienced SLPs who hold their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and are fluent in both English and Spanish. You’ll have the chance to work alongside dedicated educational professionals on elementary campuses, helping students achieve their full potential through life-changing communication support.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Texas SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required
  • Recent and relevant school-based SLP experience, with a focus on elementary-aged children
  • Comfortable providing services for self-contained classrooms if needed
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy to a diverse caseload of elementary students
  • Conduct bilingual (English/Spanish) assessments and evaluations
  • Develop, document, and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide input as a key member of the special education team
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff to support student success
  • Maintain professional, timely records and reports in accordance with school policies

This contract begins as soon as possible and runs through June 5, 2027, offering a consistent, stable schedule of 35 hours per week (4–5 days). On-site presence is essential as teletherapy is not an option for this assignment.
