Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Sugar Land, TX

Step into a meaningful, rewarding contract role supporting elementary students as a bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist with a leading district near Sugar Land, TX. This full-time, on-site opportunity is tailored for experienced SLPs who hold their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and are fluent in both English and Spanish. Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Texas SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required
• Recent and relevant school-based SLP experience, with a focus on elementary-aged children
• Comfortable providing services for self-contained classrooms if needed
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy to a diverse caseload of elementary students
• Conduct bilingual (English/Spanish) assessments and evaluations
• Develop, document, and implement individualized treatment plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input as a key member of the special education team
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff to support student success
• Maintain professional, timely records and reports in accordance with school policies

This contract begins as soon as possible and runs through June 5, 2027, offering a consistent, stable schedule of 35 hours per week (4–5 days). On-site presence is essential as teletherapy is not an option for this assignment.
