What We’re Looking For:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Current SLP licensure for Texas (or eligibility to obtain)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) welcomed, though candidates completing a CFY are encouraged to apply
  • Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is preferred
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) applicants are highly encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and educational documentation

Duties Include:

  • Provide speech and language therapy services to a diverse student population
  • Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and track measurable progress
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to maximize student support
  • Deliver therapy in-person or via teletherapy platforms, as required
  • Offer consultative support and classroom strategies to promote carryover of skills
  • Maintain thorough and timely student records and progress reports
