Key Qualifications:

• Current and valid Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred
• Experience or interest in school-based practice and supporting diverse student populations
• Comfortable supervising an SLPA as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Strong communication skills and ability to adapt within a dynamic school setting

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students within multiple schools
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school professionals to support student IEP goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports according to district and departmental standards
• Supervise and mentor at least one Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
• Embrace a flexible work model, with at least one guaranteed remote day weekly (potentially more for the right candidate)
• Work effectively from the central office hub and support students across assigned campuses
