Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments for students presenting with a variety of speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement effective, individualized intervention plans
- Provide engaging therapy sessions focused on achieving specific speech and language goals
- Accurately track, monitor, and document student progress and session outcomes
- Collaborate effectively with educators and related service professionals to ensure students’ needs are met holistically
- Engage families by educating and including them in the therapeutic process, fostering student success
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current California state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous experience working with children in educational settings highly advantageous
- Outstanding communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team structure
