School Speech Language Pathologist - Sullivan, MO

A full-time contract opportunity is available for a Speech Language Pathologist eager to work with a supportive team on a dynamic high school caseload throughout the 2026/2027 school year. This role is ideal for professionals with expertise in school-based therapy, whether you bring your Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or are completing your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).

Ideal candidates will possess:

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Valid state SLP license
• Experience in a school or pediatric setting (high school experience preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and support staff
• CCC or recent graduates in their CFY are welcome

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide speech, language, and communication therapy to high school students with a variety of needs
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student IEP goals
• Engage in meetings and contribute professional input to multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with school policies and state regulations
