Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Summerfield, Florida

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Holds or working toward a valid SLP license in the state
• SLP-CCC or open to Clinical Fellows (CFY)
• Experience or strong interest in working in school-based or pediatric settings
• Familiarity with teletherapy best practices is a plus
• Knowledge of AAC devices and behavior management is preferred, but not essential
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, caregivers, and school teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy to elementary students (individual and small group)
• Conduct assessments and help develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with special education teachers, administrators, and parents
• Document progress and maintain compliance with school and state requirements
• Adapt and integrate AAC strategies where appropriate
