Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active Florida SLP license (or eligible for licensure)
• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress
• Experience providing SLP services in school settings preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
• Ability to effectively manage caseloads across multiple campuses

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Provide direct and consultative therapy services, both individually and in groups
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to support student achievement
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with school and state standards
• Travel between assigned campuses within the Upper Keys area to ensure consistent support
