We’re searching for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) to provide essential services while our in-house SLP is on maternity leave from August through October. Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid SLP licensure and CCC credentials
- Experience working in a school-based setting, preferably with K-8 students
- Ability to manage a dynamic student caseload and adapt to varied communication needs
- Strong collaboration skills to partner with teachers, staff, and families
- Excellent documentation and organizational abilities
- Comfort providing both group and individual therapy sessions
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate session notes and update progress reports as required
- Collaborate with education teams and families to maximize student outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to developing effective intervention strategies
- Support classroom teachers with tools and strategies to generalize skills
