Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active SLP license and relevant certification
  • Previous experience in school settings preferred
  • Comfortable working with students across elementary, middle, and high school levels
  • Strong collaboration and communication abilities
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments for diverse student populations
  • Deliver targeted interventions, both group and individualized, in accordance with educational goals
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers, counselors, and families to ensure comprehensive support
  • Write, maintain, and update progress notes, IEPs, and required documentation
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to program development
  • Provide guidance and resources to staff and families for carryover of strategies
