Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active state licensure and certification required
- Previous experience supporting students in elementary, middle, and high school preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students, families, and educators
- Competence in developing and implementing individualized service plans

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students across grade levels
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans to address communication needs

- Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation and progress reports
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, IEP development, and parent conferences
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to promote academic and social success
