Make a difference in the lives of young students by supporting their communication and learning skills in a dynamic elementary school environment. We're looking for a skilled, certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a contract position serving students in kindergarten through third grade.

This is a full-time opportunity, Monday through Friday, from 7:40 AM to 3:25 PM. You'll work collaboratively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to help elementary learners achieve their fullest potential during the spring semester. The contract runs from March 2, 2026, through June 4, 2026.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Active SLP license and certification
  • Experience or training in elementary school settings
  • Knowledge of assessment, diagnostics, and development of individualized education plans (IEPs) for K-3 students
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and documentation skills
  • Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assess students’ speech and language needs and develop tailored intervention plans
  • Provide direct therapy to students in individual and group settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists in supporting student goals
  • Monitor, document, and report on student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings, student planning sessions, and professional development activities
