Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active SLP license in Wisconsin
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply
  • Previous experience in a school setting highly desirable
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive and engaging learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct formal and informal assessments to identify students’ speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), tailored to each student’s goals
  • Deliver direct therapy services to students individually and in groups
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and parents to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Provide resources, strategies, and consultative support to staff and families
