Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active SLP licensure in California
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • Previous experience working within school settings preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to providing culturally responsive services

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy to students participating in ESY programming
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on IEPs and student needs
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state guidelines
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to foster student success
  • Conduct assessments and contribute to eligibility and progress review meetings
  • Employ creative materials and activities to engage students in their learning
