This contract opportunity is ideal for professionals who have their CCC credential and enjoy working with elementary-age students. The position is available for either full-time (37.5 hours per week) or part-time schedules and begins ASAP, continuing through the end of the current school year.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with dedicated educators across two bustling elementary campuses, focusing on high caseloads and playing a pivotal part in students’ communication development. If you prefer a part-time schedule, flexible arrangements such as 0.6 FTE (one day at each site and a day for assessments) are available.
What you’ll bring:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
- California state licensure or eligibility
- Experience with K-5 students preferred
- Confidence in handling high caseloads and prioritizing tasks
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
What you'll do:
- Deliver direct therapy services to elementary students
- Complete speech-language assessments 1–2 days per week
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Monitor student progress and document results
- Consult and communicate closely with teachers, staff, and families
- Manage caseloads efficiently across two campuses
