In this position, you'll provide specialized support across two high-caseload elementary campuses, offering much-needed services to students in a collaborative, welcoming environment. The schools you’ll serve—Cherry Chase and Lakewood—are seeking your expertise in therapy, evaluations, and collaborative consultation.

Core qualifications:

• Current Speech-Language Pathologist license and CCC credential
• Experience in school-based settings preferred
• Strong assessment and therapy skills for elementary-aged children
• Ability to manage high caseloads while working effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Clear communication, organizational, and documentation abilities

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students in individual and group settings
• Conduct assessments and re-evaluations 1–2 days per week as part of regular duties
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other school professionals to implement IEPs and ensure student progress
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and participate in team meetings
• Adapt services to meet the unique needs of each student in a busy school environment
