Desired Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Valid SLP licensure or eligibility in California
• Previous experience in a K-12 school environment preferred
• Strong knowledge of IEP processes and school-based documentation
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Dedication to culturally responsive and inclusive practices

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations of students to determine speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans in accordance with IEP goals
• Provide direct therapy services and track measurable student progress
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student achievement
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input for educational planning
• Educate staff and families on speech-language development and strategies for support
