Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current SLP-CCC certification (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
  • Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP in a school setting
  • Prior experience in school-based or pediatric speech therapy preferred
  • Strong ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals
  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach with excellent communication skills
  • Organizational skills to effectively manage caseloads and documentation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
  • Create and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Deliver individualized and group therapy sessions
  • Monitor progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed
  • Provide guidance and consult with school staff and families
  • Keep accurate records for compliance and reporting purposes
