School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Sunnyvale, California

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Valid CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) from ASHA
• Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience with school-based or pediatric caseloads preferred
• Strong collaboration skills for working with teachers, administrators, and families
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational abilities
• Passion for supporting elementary-age learners with diverse speech and language needs

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver evidence-based therapy tailored to elementary students’ needs
• Track progress, maintain detailed documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
• Foster positive relationships with students, families, and faculty
• Partner with classroom teachers to support carryover of speech/language strategies in the learning environment
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as district policies
