Make a meaningful impact supporting elementary students as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist for the full school year. In this flexible, part-time (.6 FTE) role, you’ll work three days per week and manage a small, focused caseload. You’ll collaborate with educators and families to help children reach their communication potential, providing essential services to a tight-knit school community.

Qualifications:

  • Valid SLP licensure or eligibility in California
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • Experience in school settings strongly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to develop and implement IEP goals

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify students’ speech and language needs
  • Create and execute individualized treatment plans for elementary students
  • Provide therapy services, support classroom teachers, and consult with families
  • Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Adapt interventions to suit small caseload and specific student needs
  • Foster an inclusive, supportive environment in collaboration with school staff
