Step into a dynamic, full-time opportunity for the 2025-2026 school year as a Speech-Language Pathologist working with students across PreK-8th grade. In this contract role, you'll provide essential speech and language services to a diverse student caseload of up to 55, supporting their growth and success in an educational setting near Sunnyvale, CA. You'll have the chance to serve 2-3 school sites, collaborating with dedicated staff and families to make a meaningful difference throughout the academic year.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathology license (California required)
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Experience with school-based SLP services, including assessment and intervention
  • Ability to manage and organize a caseload of up to 55 students across multiple locations
  • Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
  • Experience with PreK-8th grade populations preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive speech and language services in line with IEP goals
  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and ongoing progress assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school professionals
  • Maintain accurate records and required documentation
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student planning
